    Large House Perfect for Work Trips or entertaining

    This tri-level house boasts plenty of space for large groups! We have a HUGE covered balcony, large den with projector and fireplace, reading room, and a rare view overlooking a valley (complete with deer and turkey) in the city! Located on the south side of Springfield this house is peaceful, yet close to all of the amenities you could possibly want!

    There is a downstairs unit that is utilized as an office during the day, and one of the employees stays there when he is in town (occasionally with his son and Corgi/Dachshund). Don't worry, you will hardly see them, if at all, and they will respect your privacy.

    Not what I expected
    This house is in a lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately the house itself is run down and in need of a good cleaning. The back deck is a great place to hang out but was dirty and took some cleaning to make it a nice area. The living room needs furniture. It was a little uncomfortable having the owner and his dogs there a good deal of the time. That said, the beds were clean and comfortable.

    Early Spring Stay
    We enjoyed the roominess of the house. For this many (11) could have used more furniture. Consider a sofa sleeper and a few more comfy chairs in family room. Also, needed more kitchen ware & kitchen linens. Really enjoyed the scenery in the backyard. If weather had been warmer would have loved to spend time on the deck. Thank you for a nice stay and quick responses.

    Thanksgiving Family Overflow
    Our family has always stayed at a relative’s home in Springfield, for Thanksgiving but this year, due to an expanding family, decided to find a place to sleep, and ease the strain. The house was clean and roomy, but our group of 11 dwindled to 4, due to change of plans, and we had more room than needed.

    Stunning house the host is so kind and will make sure you are well taken care of. The house was spotless and had everything and more that was needed. Would highly Recommend this house to everyone. Location was great not to far away from anything that one may need.
