Tub would not drain. Hairs on floor of the bathroom that were not mine. Filthy carpet afraid there were bed bugs. Got pictures and I’m notifying the Springfield chamber of commerce and filing a complaint. Embarrassment to the city, especially since it’s across from the Governor’s Mansion. Not for tourists or business travels.

Nothing, the place was dirty, not keep up. I end up getting bed bugs bits.

Front desk lady not welcoming. Felt like i was in a hotel 6 from the 80's. Ants in bathroom. I searched for bes bugs because it was not that clean.

well it wasnt what travelocity advertised at the rates travelocity advertised at. What i reserved at the rate of $90 was $219 when i got there and it was only a 2 star hotel where travelocity advertised it as a 4 star

This person booked queen suites and when he came to check inn, at the start to argue that he booked a king suite with hot tub room. when we show him his reservation he was proven wrong and then he agrees to pay hot tub room price, after that he came with his truck and flagpole tighten with his truck which damaged my property. WHERE AND HOW YOU HAVE GUTS TO PUT THIS KIND OF REVIEW?

Wi fi does not work and the room had a 20 Hotel is dirty and run down. dont be fooled by the current outside pictures. Service was ok for me but saw someone else have a nightmare. Hotel requires 100 dollar cash deposit or hold on a card, and no they wont just take a cc number like literally every other hotel. I almost missed it in the fine print. Just making sure you dont.
