Despite having a reservation, I was given a room with no TV and no Internet. Was told that wing was undergoing renovations so those amenities were not available. I asked for a rate adjustment, since the room was not as advertised. Was told since I booked through a third party (Travelocity) they could not make any adjustment. Was noisy and inconvenient to even get to the room as doors with access to the building were locked. Worst hotel experience I've had in ages.

Ok but not ok
Ok this place looks ok we got a room that was smoking. Its not smoking its a room where you can step out your door and smoke. Which is ok but the room was so smokey with ashes everywhere. They said no animals in the rooms but this room had animal fur all over the floor and chair. The remote didnt work and phone to call front decks didnt work. We told them they didnt care that the remote didnt work. Also the way they have it set up if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor you have to come through the lobby to get to your room. So its a cheap room but if you like things a little room but together this place is not for you

Good hotel right by the highway. Used as the halfway point in our trip as the overnight in both directions.

Worst hotel stay of my life. Dirty, no rooms in spite of prebooking and prepaying with H.com….no functioning tv or clock/alarm. Bad clientele in sketchy area. Should not be allowed to advertise on Hotels.com.
