The hallway and room smelled odd. The comforter was torn. The shower head was held together with scotch tape and had poor water pressure. When I first got to the room, there was a plastic bag over the fire detector. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and had very little protein or even good quality carbs.

The hotel was great for staying with my dog . Room came with microwave and mini fridge. My room was clean and quiet. I would stay at again for the value pricing and being able to travel with my pet.

Everything was very clean. That was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Paul was very nice clean excellent. Breakfast was delicious

Nice hotel

Cons: I think some type of small recycle bins should be put in each room for bottles, cans. Also bigger reclce bins by the vending machines.
We came down for a wedding in town. We arrived before check in but our room was ready. Check in was easy and quick . The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel for the Price

Pros: Clean rooms comfortable bed.
Cons: Pool area.
Location: Northampton is near and Amherst.
Very nice hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
