Nice hotel and location

Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking right outside of hotel, great. Close to expressway, dining/shopping and easy routes to Springfield attractions.
Cons: Could provide brochures of maps and attractions, didn't recall seeing any.
Courteous, helpful staff. Nice looking hotel, easy to find, good location. Adequate parking.

Very nice stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
Stayed there for a night with my girlfriend when we were visiting Springfield. It was nice and clean, and had no problems with the staff. My only complaint was the walls were a bit thin, not a huge problem, but you can hear every conversation in the hallway and I'm sure others could hear us during the night.

Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast
the drive and parking area was NOT plowed or salted. Front desk staff had their childern with them running up and down the hall.
