Peaceful and pretty
We stayed for 4 weeks with our small dog and very much enjoyed access to the outdoors and easy access to St. Augustine. The location is convenient and quiet. Alton was helpful and friendly. Everything was great and I would highly recommend this cottage in the pines (the azaleas are beautiful too 😊)!

Very efficient place to stay!
Excellent place to stay! Close to town. Very private. Perfect fenced in lot for your pets. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I checked the labels so I can consider buying them for my guest room! The shower was good! The sitting area outside was nice! I 10/10 recommend this property!!!

Adorable little cottage
This was the perfect place for me to stay as I had friends staying in the larger house. Very comfy, bed was great, shower a little small but it worked for a couple of days! Overall very happy.

We really enjoyed this property
This rental is great for one or two people. Everything is new and very clean. The internet service is very good. There is also a new large screen TV. Both the internet and TV service are provided by AT&T. There is a fenced in area for your dog, and also a picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. The cottage is on a large 3 acre lot, and it shares the lot with another rental cottage, but the cottages are several hundred feet apart and situated in such a way that they are very private. This property is close to shopping and restaurants a few minutes up the road, and just a few minutes from the World Golf Village. The City of St. Augustine is about a 15 minute drive, and there is a lot to see there, especially in the Old Town which is the historic district. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and they live just a few minutes away in case you need anything. Check in and check out were very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Property.
The description of this property does not give it justice. This place was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you would need, has an induction cooktop that worked great. The outdoor sitting area was fantastic, it had a fire pit with wood, a charcoal grill with charcoal and lighter fluid. The owner stopped by and introduced himself was a very friendly person and informative about the property. The location was only about 20 minutes to St. Augustine and about 5 minutes off the freeway. It is close to Publix and several restaurants. It was a very impressive property.

Perfect for a single traveler! Well decorated and comfortable. Great location, lots of greenery and a private firepit. Just an FYI, there is no oven but there is a cooktop. I found this out after I bought a frozen pizza :p

Excellent!
The cottage was perfect and exactly what I needed for traveling with a dog. The location of the cottage couldn’t have been better, 5 minutes to the grocery store and 20 minutes to the beach. Alton is a super friendly and responsive host. If you need anything, he’s just a phone call away. I will definitely be renting here again in the near future.
