Pool and Hot tub were not usable
We booked this specific house based on it haveing a private pool and hot tub, however the pool was not heated, and dirty, and the hot tub was empty and dirty as well.

Some things at the house were broken, like door stops, drawers in fridge and couch, while iven was un useable due to how dirty it was and causing a lot of smoke. Once they cane and cleaned it all was good. Beaides that great stay

Sand Hollow
House is big and spacious. We booked this property for the private pool. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool looked dirty and nobody ever came to clean it or check chlorine levels. All of the beds had no top sheet, just a fitted sheet and a rough bedspread. No extra blankets anywhere. Patio screen door was broken and the coffee pot had old coffee grounds full of mold in it. For what we paid... not impressed.
