Oasis on the 9th is a custom 3,019 sq foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Please note that this custom home comes with a private pool and does not have access to The Ledges community pools or hot tubs.

This luxurious home is furnished with top-of-the-line upgrades, including large flat-screen Smart HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan is designed to accommodate golf groups and families, providing a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere. Whether you want to relax in the stylish bedrooms, enjoy the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the living room, this home offers a variety of spaces for your enjoyment.

For added entertainment, the garage has been transformed into an entertaining area with multiple arcade games, a ping pong table, foosball table, and a TV with its own seating area. If you prefer to use the garage for parking, the seating area chairs can be easily moved to the side.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, this area is a paradise for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. A short drive will take you to various hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Used the house with 10 people and it was amazing, big, and in a great location for golf. Ledges staff was helpful and informative, as well as getting us great rates for multiple golf courses in St. George. I cannot recommend this beautiful house enough - will definitely be back!

Came for a golf trip with a group of 8. Could definitely expand the number of guests that come next time however. This house can accommodate much larger parties than what we brought. Amazing house with great views, and Ledges golf course near by made for the perfect activity right after check out. Pool was fabulous for the day when the boys went out on a golf and side by side excursion near Sand Hollow. Great weekend get-away overall, and we wished we could stay longer!
