Just a stones throw from the beach, quirky shops, independent cinema, cafes & restaurants & a 40 min drive to Camber Sands. Ideally suited for families and those travelling for work.

This apartment has recently had a full refurbishment carried out internally and is exceptionally equipped to accommodate guests looking for peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Guest access
The apartment has 3 bedrooms one with an ensuite shower room (to confirm there is no toilet in shower room) and a beautiful bathroom with a full size bath tub. The kitchen is conveniently located in the lounge, which is great for keeping an eye on the kids while cooking, has large sash windows with some sea views and lots of natural light.

Upon booking you will be sent a link to your personal booking page, this includes everything you need to know about your stay at the apartment and our suggestions on where to eat and visit.

There is parking to the rear of the property for one car only. Should any more parking be required there is free parking on the surrounding rounds.

We have 1 highchair and 1 cot, if you need to use them for your stay then please let us know prior to your arrival so we can have this ready for you on the date of your arrival.

There is free WiFi available and the password will be available in your guest guide on the day of your arrival

In case your arrival time is before the check in time of 15:00, you may be able to store your luggage at the apartment. Please contact us prior to your trip so we can confirm if this will be available for your stay.

This property is accessed via a steel staircase at the back of the building and may not be suitable for some guests.
