The smoke detector was in the drawer. Ask for ice bucket and was given a gallon mop bucket, the water was too hot the pillows flat we had one towel for 2 guests advertised with pool No pool available.spiders. came out of tub drain and no plug for tub?. Total disaster.... Diana Klingele

The shower was wonderful. But the tub didn't drain. The toilet sounded like a banshee inhabited the pipes...Moaning Myrtle? There were cut bare wires hanging from the over-the-bed lamps. We reported it, but no one fixed them. So that meant that the lights over the bed were inoperable. The throw on the bed looked like it had never been washed and it appeared to have a "white dried substance" on it that I don't even want to think what THAT could be. Carpet could use a thorough cleaning. This lists only a few problems; I left a whole list of faults with my key at check out. Never don't that before! The location was great. Too bad the hotel was in such a decrepit state. We won't go back there. It was so gross.

1st room they put me in had a clogged toilet they refuse to unclog it so they moved me. The room they moved me to had a broken window ,very crappy pillows , floor smelled of mold. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

My Tv did not work the whole time i was there. I was told more than once I'd get a second night free, and the next morning she had the laws pull up

We were put in a wing of the hotel that was undergoing renovations. But the first room we went into had no fridge or microwave and half the lights didn’t work. The second was not made up from previous guests and the third had most of the lights unplugged so we had to go around plugging them in. The sheets were obviously very old and had marks and patches. We weren’t sure they hadn’t been slept in! The gym was not operational The breakfast was poorly serviced so when replacement food was needed it wasn’t supplied and we plus others missed out on a number of the options such as the mini muffins and pastries.
