The staff was very professional yet friendly and helpful. They were GREAT. Also the omlette the gentleman prepared for us at the hot breakfast was about the best we've ever had.

I reserved two rooms, 201 and 202. Both were excellent. Wonderfully comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The check in was quite awful. I called around noon and asked if I could check in 20-30 minutes before the official 4:00 PM check in time and was assured that would be fine. My party, including a child, sat in the lobby until 5:30 without being checked in. After my 4th trip to the front desk, a staff member checked with housekeeping and, apparently, the room had been ready for some time. No apology or offer of anything for, or during, our wait.
