Not enough towels for the three of us when we first checked in. Iron broke. Electrical problem. Cafe didn't have fruit bowl that was listed on menu. Coffee was unavailable in the evening. Towels, electrical and iron were taken care of promptly, but with breakfast not being included, they should at least have everything available that is on the menu.
Excellent Customer service/ hospitality; was allowed to check in early and check out late! Clean & very convenient to America's Center. Only negative, beds were not that comfortable but could do for an overnight or 2 day stay. Oh, and no microwave and you have to pay for breakfast!
Had so much fun in Saint Louis and was very comfortable at the Courtyard. for five nights.
