The staff was nice enough. But the room service was terrible. The hotel room wasn’t very good either. The lamps were so crusty and old looking. The couch was broken. The blankets were so rough making it hard to sleep in. It was so pricey and not even a good hotel. The pool wasn’t any better. The water was super crusty. No one could see through it. I couldn’t even see my feet, and the pool was three feet deep! And the food could have been a lot better.

Room was huge, clean, and most of the people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. However the woman we spoke to at the front desk when we arrived for check in was very rude every time we spoke to her and was not helpful at all. Another person in my party experienced the same thing with her. We made sure to avoid her and speak to other staff members after that
