Clean outside but rooms had not been clean. No soap.. Had black mold on ceiling in shower.. Fire alarm went off all day... And after all that i tried to exstend my stay one more day! Because i booked through you guys i was kicked outta my room.. Immediatly staff was rude and unprofessional... Will never stay or recomend them to anyone very very fissappointed.

The entire facility looked grungy when walking around to find my room. My room was definitively a smoking room even though the sign said non smoking. I decided to leave and find a room elsewhere .

The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and body odor. There where stains on the carpet that was either fruit juice or blood stains. The walls were paper thin and I could hear every word spoken in the next rooms. There was a 3/8 inch gap in the entire door frame so the cold air flowing in and around the door was combating the heat and the wind was howling in through the door that actually kept me awake. The two twin beds where as hard as rocks and I would not go there again if it was paid for and free.

The only thing I can say for this hotel was the location was good. Trash in the walk ways. Condon package strewn about Housekeeping only comes when you check-out. The room is furnished like a Motel 6.

Save your money

A cup wrapped in plastic was dirty .Old everything.People hung out on balcony and takes at 1 a.m in the morning.

"Flea bag's really a thing!"

Run, do not walk, run away!l. Room stank to the point I literally had to leave my Windows open with a fan ventillating it. Then, I had fleas jumping on me, which wasn't surprising given the fact the chair in the room had, at some point obviously been used as a scratching post by a cat. The run had a very noisy fast leak and the drain was almost completely stopped up which left me standing in a puddle of dirty water during my shower. Beds are fairly comfortable, but the linens were a wrinkled mess, which is one of my pet peeves in life. Unfortunately, my room was almost directly over the office, and when the office door opens and shuts, it makes a reverberating clang! so loud I was awakened very early every morning by a virtual bowling alley of sound. People were also prowling in the breezeway being loud well after midnight. I will say, someone mentioned the hotel GM had unexpectedly died, and one of the employees, Darrel, did try his best, but he was literally having to leave the front desk with toilet brush in hand to go clean rooms for people who were trying to check in, but were told "sorry, we don't actually have your confirmed room, corporate keeps overlooking us. You will have to go to our other hotel up the street (they were the lucky ones actually). At 10:30 p.m., the dirty little Lobby was still full of disgruntled patrons for one reason or other.
