Enjoy the elegance in this historic apartment in this fully renovated in the beautiful central west end neighborhood! Enjoy the nightlife in central west end while staying on this quiet street.  This early 1900's apartment is walking distance from Saint Louis Science center & southeast forest park!. BJC hospital is across the street. Just a short 9 minutes drive to get to downtown St.Louis. It has a dedicated private parking as well as ample street parking.
  
This apartment was rehabbed with a modern furnishing. It is located on a quiet street, yet it is walking distance to hustle and bustle of the central west-end and grove restaurants and bar. Saint Louis science center is only 10 minute walk and forest park is 15 minute walk.  


PET FEES: If you are bringing a pet, we will be adding $15 per night pet rent. 
Once you send a booking request, we will be sending you a request for additional pet rent before your arrival.

Practicality Perfect in Every Way
This awesome little apartment was clean as a whistle and cozy and convenient as could be. We met up with family for a day at the Zoo and sightseeing. This VRBO was super centric to everywhere we went. Our small dog loved the enclosed back yard and seemed at ease in the neighborhood. The hot water and great shower pressure were terrific after a long day of walking/traveling. The bed was super comfy. The Keurig was a lifesaver! We brought our yoga mats and enjoyed the living room sunlight in the morning. The owner was friendly and responsive. We will definitely staying here again and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you so much! C.

Good location, property okay
Good parking, good location, quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood seemed kind of sketchy upon getting there but nothing bad happened. Really good water pressure. Only major complaint is the doors are not framed well at all, half inch gap on all sides of front and back door. Bad draft at times and probably a safety concern.

We had a very pleasant stay - clean space, easy to check-in, close to all that we wanted to do in St. Louis. My only criticism is that it took a couple of weeks to get our security deposit returned.
