This property is listed as Westport, but this is not a part of Westport. The facility is dirty, in poor condition, and not a place I would stay again. When I checked in a woman was bringing her dog to my floor. I love animals, but there should be a floor for animals or I should be told that I was on that floor. I am allergic to dog hair.

We stayed one night. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a lot of choices on complimentary breakfast but was ok. Older place but very clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a king room. We would stay again.

It was clean but power went out 7/10 @ 1:30 a.m. we decided to leave early and check out later that day at 11 a.m. and the power was still not on.

Very disappointed in our stay. The man who worked there was the only super positive part of the hotel.. he was fabulous. The hotel itself is rundown. Carpets need a deep clean. The air filters in the room were dirty. The toilet flushing sounded like a portal opening to a new dimension everytime we used it. Every time I pressed the elevator button I half expected it to short out. Just needs a lot of TLC

This facility is suppose to be non smoking. When we arrived in our room I could smell cigarette smoke. I happen to look at the smoke detector and it was covered in plastic. I called the front desk to report this. A gentleman came up and took the plastic off the smoke detector. He said there was to be no smoking in the rooms and he said everyone signs a document to this effect. He did offer us another room, but we had already gotten settled in. Also, the telephone did not work, but we had a cell phone. The elevator was not working properly. When we tried to get the luggage cart through the elevator door at our floor the door closed on the cart, and we had to pry the cart out. The elevator did not detect obstacles and someone or a pet could be hurt badly if it closed on them. We tried using the open door button, but it did not work either. The elevator was dirty looking, and the carpet on the 4th floor, where we stayed (430) was very dirty just outside the elevator. I expected a fridge and microwave. I would like to ask that we receive a partial refund.
