Our bathroom was not clean. The tub was old and rusted around the fixtures. The staff was great but the room was disappointing. We like to stay at pet friendly La Quintas but this La Quinta needs some upgrades!

We booked this hotel specifically because it had an airport shuttle, only to find out that it only runs from 7am to 10pm and we needed the shuttle at 10:20pm and 6:15am. In addition, the first room that we were given had obviously not been cleaned (dirty sheets and towels on the floor).

Friendly staff and breakfast was good, small parking lot and property is old and in need of repairs. Overall ok for the one night we stayed there, first time at a La Quinta.

I called ahead of time and told the property we would be there late and they assured us that was not a problem. When we arrived, we were checked into a dirty room. Bed was unmade and there was trash in the room. When I called the front desk, I was told there were no more King beds even though that was what we reserved. After a very painful phone call, the front desk attendant told me to come to the desk and get a key for the new room. Surprise. It was a king room but it was to an adjoining room. No problem for the first night. Left the property for the day the next day. Come back and our keys are not working. When I went to front desk, evidently we werent even supposed to be in that room. Once again, I was assured it wasn't a problem. Then the next door neighbors got there. They were screaming and cursing the whole time. Next thing I know, someone is trying to get into our room! If I hadnt had the door chained they would have come in. Again, another call to the front desk. They left for a bit and then came back screaming and cussing again. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences ever. We will never go back.

Nothing unique, but i like that the staff are always friendly. However, the furniture in the suite I stayed in was dirty and had nasty stains. I didnt feel comfortable sitting in the suite.
