This is a quiet nice affordable hotel. The rooms are more like small studio apartments. I loved it. The staff were friendly. It is a short walk to both the Metro train and the Galeria mall. Definitely will use again

I wasn’t expecting the open air hallways or the fact that the fitness room is in a different building (which is inconvenient if it is cold and raining)

Great location but our room (924) needed some maintenance. The front door lock was an absolute nightmare wondering if it would open up or not. I got pretty good at finessing it with only 6 tries. What was abit scary was sometimes the lock would stick and we would be stuck inside our room. We made the front desk aware of the lock issue when we checked in as the maintenance person had to come use his key to get us into our room. Repair on the lock was SUPPOSED to be done yesterday. Lock still didn’t work when we got back from dinner. We should have switched rooms but we had already carried all our luggage up the stairs in the bitter cold and didn’t want to lug it to another building. Our room has some peeling paint and a master bedroom light needed new lightbulbs. This was also brought to the attention of the front desk.

We got lucky

The room was lovely , with modern kitchen, desk, sofa, and king bed. Plenty of lighting. Building is convenient to freeways and metro link as well as restaurants. Bathroom was very small.

Nice room but got little sleep

Pros: Free breakfast, close to shopping
Cons: Noisy, party central
The room was really nice. They allow people to rent a room and have a big party. We did not get much sleep for all the noise from cars and people coming and going. The people made a lot of noise. We worried about our vehicle getting damaged. Not a good night.

Absolutely perfect!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: no wireless internet
I saw a few pics online, and thought the rooms may be a little dated, but we were surprised to see the room had been completely remodeled. We stayed in one of the loft apartments, with fireplace, kitchen, everything we needed for a perfect weekend retreat. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro and the Galleria mall, plus several shops and restaurants. Good pick! I could have stayed there a week longer!

Friendly staff, great location, plenty of room for the family

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Check in was very quick and easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. There was an evening meal in the clubhouse that was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay there next time I'm in that area.
