While returning each evening there were zero parking even remotely close to our rooms. Practically had to park in a separate lot across the street. Was also very disappointed as the advertisement says free breakfast when in reality it is nothing more than a bottle of water etc.

Would like to have stayed longer. For the short period I laid there or was nice, there was a few minor mishaps in the room that could've been handled my maintenance, like cabinet handle broken, bottom drawer on stove off track, dresser drawer of track. Only used place for sleeping, bed was Comfy

I loved the spacious loft room. We traveled with our three kids and my mother in law (6 total). Our children are older (16, 14, 13). We had more then enough room to sleep (one child was on the couch their choice) and never felt cramped or on top of each other as in a traditional motel room. The price was perfect and comparable to a traditional hotel room. We were very satisfied and plan to stay again.

Everything was ok except I thought I was checking out Sunday I put in the dates & thought I confirmed it over the phone with a rep but I was wrong check-out was Saturday & I was gone the girl at the front desk didn’t call until after she checked me out of the room she was rude about it said she had been calling me & no one answered then I tried to reach u all & couldn’t so I spent my beautiful Saturday trying to book another room which I ended up paying dearly for GREAT ANNIVERSARY weekend.......

There was a mouse in our walls. They moved us to another room and said we could leave our belongings and gather them in the morning. When we went to gather, our toiletries and food were already trashed, belongings piled and thrown from over the balcony. The clerks were super sweet and helpful. I was told i was going to be refunded and have being very patient through the pandemic, but it's going on a month now, so I'm a little frustrated.
