Dear valued guest, I am so sorry that your booking experience did not go well with Travelocity. There are 2 different ways to book through the site. One being advance purchase pre-pay where you pay them and the other being where you just reserve and you pay the hotel directly at check in. Without knowing your name or when you stayed to access your reservation, I would have to guess that your father booked the 2nd option, pay the hotel direct. I wish we could have assisted you prior to booking however since we do not work for Travelocity we only come into the picture once you arrive on property. I do hope your time spent in our hotel was enjoyable despite the payment situation! We appreciate your comments and feedback. Would love for you to stay with us again!
