It was very quiet. There was plenty of room and for the same amount as other single rooms facilities, you get a separate bedroom with a door and a separate heating control. It was a little tricky to find, Navigation deices are needed if you don't know the area well.

Pool and breakfast buffet area very small but very clean. Lots of great food options hot and cold. Front desk and housekeeping Staff super helpful and friendly. Bent over backwards to help and remembered my daughters party and asked how everything was and quick to help in anyway. Loved the 2 bedroom suite. Needed bigger living room space to hold 5 people as says holds up to for this room. Faucet didn’t work. Microwave didn’t work when you hit buttons sometimes. Loved bathroom and bedrooms lots of room in them to move around in.i hate to bring this up the doors to rooms sooo heavy to open and close . When leaving room door would not latch to shut all the way had to pull to shut hard. Beautiful presentation outside when pull up looks like a apartment. Getting in and out of parking lot was confusing . I would love to live in an apartment like this. Just an amazing place to stay at overall terrific. This hotel should have been built in the front of others in complex due to being so beautifully maintained and curb appeal.The staff needs a raise for outstanding they are they clearly love their job because it’s sure well taken care of.

Not happy with travelocity.

It was a nice hotel but went thru travelocity to book it online. The price was ok, but the site said they needed a card to hold the room and that card wouldn't get charged. Well my dad thought they used his card to pay for the room but the hotel used my card and the hotel didn't have my card number. The hotel ran my dads card but nothing came out of it, they some how used my card. Not very happy with that. Don't know if I will ever use travelocity again. They didn't even offer a discount for the next time, if we needed a hotel.

Dear valued guest, I am so sorry that your booking experience did not go well with Travelocity. There are 2 different ways to book through the site. One being advance purchase pre-pay where you pay them and the other being where you just reserve and you pay the hotel directly at check in. Without knowing your name or when you stayed to access your reservation, I would have to guess that your father booked the 2nd option, pay the hotel direct. I wish we could have assisted you prior to booking however since we do not work for Travelocity we only come into the picture once you arrive on property. I do hope your time spent in our hotel was enjoyable despite the payment situation! We appreciate your comments and feedback. Would love for you to stay with us again!

Great hotel! Awesome staff.

Pros: Staff, breakfast and room.
Cons: Stairs leading to the 2nd floor of the hotel rooms.
Location: Nice bar not too far away and about 30 min to downtown.
We stayed 2 nights at the Marriott. The room was one of the best I've ever had. Granite countertops, and a full kitchen with fridge, stove and dishwasher. The best was comfortable. Nice bathroom with great water pressure. The only thing about the building I noticed is the steps going to the 2nd floor were dirty and needed cleaning or replacement, but other than that this was a great experience. The breakfast was wonderful although I think they could use a different coffee brand. The seating could be expanded in the breakfast area, but that was the only negative.

great value,clean

My husband and I stayed here Memorial weekend. Great value loved the extra space with kitchenette and sitting room. Shopping and restaurants not within walking distance but only 2 min. away by driving. It was a very quiet area even though it was next to a highway and in a industrial area, I'm sure a little busier weekdays.

We were pleasently surprised at how nice the accomodations were.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
We stayed at the Fairlfield Inn in the front part of this combined property several times and never really noticed the TownePlace Suites in the back. We decided to give TownePlace a try once we knew it was nearby Fairfield and are glad we did. Rooms were refreshed daily during our three night stay and the room was overall very clean after each refresh. The beds were a little soft, but otherwise we have no other complaints. For the price, these suites are a tremendous value. The breakfast is a little scaled down compared to Fairfield, but there was still enough choice to suit us. Furthermore, the reservatioins did not require any prepayment as was the case for Fairfield.

Nice, Clean, and Quiet -- great value!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights April 16-18 and loved it! We brought our son with us. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. The kitchen, which included a stove with oven, full refridgerator, and dishwasher, was WONDERFUL! Staying in a hotel is one expense, but not having to spend the money on eating out was GREAT! And they provided a great variety for breakfast. It wasn't hot food, but good stuff to choose from. And the coffee bar was great! Even tho they provide a coffeemaker, coffee, and all the fixins in your room, you can also go to the lobby and they even provided flavored creamer...mmmm! We loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again for future events.
