The office women were excellent to work with. They made several recommendations that work better than expected. Super helpful, super friendly. The pool was very nice, the info was very clean and well appointed. The gym is down the road and access was included in the stay, it worked out (pun intended) perfectly! Location is unreal, watch the sunrise over the inlet usually with dolphins right after, and watch the sun set over the gulf at night. It really was a touch of paradise. We will be booking next year for the same place.

The condo wasn’t clean, floors dirty. Pull out couch mattress not fit for anyone, bed linens were worn and thin on all beds and ones for sofa sleeper had stains. The mattresses on the beds also had seen better days. Condo that our travel mates was waterfront and much nicer although they said their mattresses and linens need improvement.

The beds in this place are horrible. If you have back problems this is not the place for you. They need to invest in new mattresses. Otherwise the place was ok.

Thank you for your response. We are sorry that you did not like the beds and hope that you mentioned this to our staff at check out. We would need to take a look at the mattresses in that condo to determine if there is an issue or if it's a matter of personal taste. Since each unit is individually owned, if there is an problem with the mattresses, we would need to advise the owner so that they can replace them. We do hope that you will return to stay with us to see that this is not typical at our property.

The room was VERY clean and inviting. The ability to access the gulf or the.river easy and close. The staff totally on point addressing our needs immediately! Had a terrific.stay.
