The room had live and dead roaches, tv did not work, couldn’t get toilet paper or towels (gave us 2 towels for 3 people for 3 nights) and the room had dirty sheets and they never came to change the sheets the walls are dirty they look like some kind of liquid was thrown on them and dripped down, and the door didn’t shut all the way. It did come with Wi-Fi a microwave and fridge

Where do I start? When we arrived at the property the person checking us in, took no happiness, and having to wait on us wouldn’t even acknowledge us at first then he got up out of his chair and came to check us in. Gave us our keys. We went to our room. Guess what there was somebody already in the room that he gave us keys to slightly embarrassing so my husband went back to the office and explain this and the guy argued with him that no there wasn’t anyone in the room even though when we knocked on the door. Somebody answered it put us in a room with no refrigerator. No microwave not even a desk they were probably 15 to 20 kids that ran around the property all day. This was not a hotel. This was a long stay establishment. Some of them people had been there for two years they were numerous dogs running all over the property was unkept there was garbage and also there was dog residue all over from people letting their dogs go and not cleaning it up twice while we’re there. The cops were called along with an extended fire truck. Paramedics rooms are horrible. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut the shower curtain w this was a long stay establishment. Some of them people had been there for two years they were numerous dogs running all over the property was unkept there was garbage and also there was dog residue all over from people letting their dogs go and not cleaning it up twice while we’re there. The cops were called along with a extended fire truck. Paramedics rooms horrible

Bathroom door top hinge was Separated from door and door frame, bottom door hinge was also not operable. I could not close bathroom door. Bathroom door frame was scratched and dented. No privacy.

Had roaches in room, no phone, no blanket, just sheets, horrible clerks, electrical outlets shorted out(fite hazard),had to move lamps to have light, locks all broken off. All in all, the most horrible hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Had to spray bed with alcohol because was afraid they had bed bugs. Going to contact health department tomorrow and report business.

The only word that comes to mind is DUMP. Live roaches, dirty looking bed linens, old bath towels, stained walls and ceilings and the staff was very hard to communicate with. I can't believe safety and/or health inspectors have not shut this hell hole down

The room looked like the floor was not cleaned in a long time...Put a towel down outside the shower to stand on and when I picked it up it was filthy...The curtains have a safety pin to keep them together in the center...I paid for a premium room and I was given a messy dirty room...I was charged $40 extra to check in a little early and the place wasnt even full..Had to argue to get extra towels ...Have photos...I somehow accidently double booked and travelocity would not give a refund even only 2 hrs after..So I paid for 2 rooms, paid for early check in and received the absolute worse hotel room I have ever stayed in..And the dirtiest

It took staff 20 minutes to come to the front desk for check-in. No greeting when he finally showed up. The grounds were covered with trash and cigaret butts. There was bugs in the room
