I’ll give to these guys, no large pool and the small one that was open was murky and green,(closed it down) housekeeping doesn’t show up once to clean the room in 7 days, had to hunt down bath towels and god forbid you want a bed changed. Milk it, milk it for every dime.

Our room was not ready until more than an hour later than check in time. The staff was very nice but we could tell the hotel had been overbooked and that was very disappointing and unprofessional. What I did like is that they gave us a parking pass and our wristbands so we could enjoy the property even though our room was not ready. The parking situation was terrible, there are diagonal spots going down each side of the building which are only one direction and a dead end. The only way to get out of your spot is to back up the full length of the building which was not only difficult but inconvenient. Our friends experienced damage to their car in this parking lot.

Called around Noon to ask if our room was ready. The gentleman that answered the phone said it would be ready around 1pm. We came around 3pm, and the room still was not ready. We came back at 4pm, room was still not ready. The guy at the front desk had the audacity to say Check-in STARTS at 4pm. We did not get into our room until 5:30pm. With a baby and service animal, we could not go anywhere without first going to our room. This took away time we could have spent in the area. The guy at the front desk - super condescending. There were dead cockroaches in the vents in the bathroom. Blinds did not work half. We had to fix them ourselves. Things they did well - quiet environment, lots of activities, beautiful location on the beach, and most of the staff were quite exceptional.

Rooms were s.all and outdated. For what they charged we should have gitten our sheets changed and our room cleaned at least daily. Non of these services were provided the whole week we were there. We also NEVER received clean towels throughout our stay.

Everyone was very nice. Loved the bar. Very beautiful resort. Disappointed the adult pool was not heated.
