Amazing location with an OK place.
The location of this place is absolutely amazing. The room itself was OK at best. I don't want to take away from the amazing staff that was very friendly. The room had a very old mattress and it was not clean upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean as well. Next to the beach so it's hard to complain about anything else.

North Redington Beach is an amazing area and Grand Shores West is a great place to stay! House keeping and front desk are great! Wonderful amenities especially for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed over Christmas week for two nights. This is an affordable, spacious, apartment-like hotel, right on a beautiful private beach. Staff was amazing, everyone!!! You stay here for the location, the beach, heated pool, large rooms with kitchens, and price point. It checked all of our boxes for traveling with young children. Short drive to Clearwater (although beach at hotel is gorgeous), St. Pete’s, and Tampa. Lots of great restaurants nearby, Dunkin across the street.

Paking is not great, simply put. Limited spots onsite, otherwise it is across the street, out of sight from property. Rooms were ok, but bathtub/shower was in bad condition, cracking and mold/mildew. Positive is that it is steps from sand.

We come to this area once to twice a year and this is was our favorite location so far. Nice warm pool. Hot hot tub. Literally on the beach and you can’t beat that. Also the majority of the other people we encountered owned time shares at the property so they don’t trash it. Staff very friendly. Will stay here again anytime there is an opening when we plan to visit. You just can’t beat the location and free cabanas and paddle boards etc
