Overall, I enjoyed my stay! Its not the fanciest resort on the beach, but it has everything you would want! Nice heated pool and hot tub, clean room, comfy bed, private sandy beach, and proximity to all Clearwater Beach and Sand Key have to offer. I would definitely stay there again!

I checked out 10 min after I checked in and saw my room. It smelled of moist mildew, I didn’t feel safe and left. I expect that my money will be refunded to me.

The room was clean, the property was old and outdated. No allowance for late checkout and checkout was at 10am. Was told I had to wait until 7am to request a late checkout, even though I asked at check in. I was running a road race at 7am and wouldn't have had time to call before checkout. If I was allowed to get a late checkout (I only wanted until noon) I would have had to pay extra. It was already an expensive room for what it was. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Unfortunately we could not accommodate all of the late check out due to the the race. You were told to ask IN THE MORNING. You could of requested the later checkout at 6.30 AM when you left for the race. You did not ask but stayed late anyway so not sure why you are complaining.

Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work, including both in the bathroom. The property next door had loud music blaring at the pool-side bar going until at least 11:00pm. We had an early flight in the morning and the noice made it difficult to sleep.

very dated, bathroom door frame loose, water from a/c pooled on balcony causing slip and fall, beach nasty, advertised as with kitchenette, burners didn't heat up, one pot to cook in, small area for sink and stove, parking space was ridiculously narrow.
