    Hello to our interested/inquiring renters and already confirmed guests, starting Feb 3rd to August 11th 2020, our 70-year old, one-of-a-kind dock at the historic Busch estate, is being refurbished. Here are some important things to know about the project: The work will be done only Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm. There will be no work between 5pm Fridays until 7am on Mondays. We understand that you may have some questions or concerns about this, and our team is here to help answer them for you. The Pass-A-Grille Boutique Resort sleeps 30, 10 bedrooms, 9 baths, The Bay House/North House at the Pass-A-Grille Boutique Resort, which sleeps 13 in a 6-bedroom, 5 bath house with 1 king bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 full beds. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living area, shared pool & Hot tub access, flat screen tv's, washer/dryer, courtyard and marina views The Boat House/Middle House at The Pass-A-Grille Boutique Resort, sleeps 7 in a 2-bedroom, 2 bath house with 2 king bedrooms, 1 twin air mattress and a sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living area, shared pool & Hot tub access, flat screen tv's, courtyard and marina views The Captains House/South House sleeps 10 guests in 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite baths with 1 King bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 3 queen air beds. There is a full kitchen, dining area, 3 living areas, shared pool & Hot tub access, flat screen tv's, washer/dryer, courtyard and marina views Boat Slips are NOT included with the rental of the houses but can be rented separately for an additional fee. Inquire within. This property is a licensed waterfront Boutique Resort located on the barrier island of Pass-A-Grille Beach on the Gulf Coast of Florida. This quaint and historic little village has been a favored destination of visitors from every walk of life and from every corner of the globe for almost 200 years. Pass-A-Grille enjoys a National Historic Designation and Pass-A-Grille Boutique Resort is located in the center of this oasis of history and beauty. The Estate spans the length of a city block and directly fronts the deep and protected waters of “Little McPherson Bayou,” with immediate boating access to the Gulf of Mexico. The majestic Pass-A-Grille Boutique Resort is graced by a premier waterfront, free form pool and richly landscaped grounds and overlooks its own private marina. This pristine 220-foot wharf can accommodate vessels up to 140 feet and nine more slips can easily moor vessels from 40 to 70 feet. This incomparable moorage comprises the largest private deep water dockage and covered boat house in the Southeast. Additional marine equipment includes an electronic 15,000 lb. boat lift and an adjacent lift for twin personal water-craft. This enviable marina has six individually illuminated marine power stations with electricity, water and cable. Beautifully landscaped and illuminated planters and trees grace this expansive and incomparable moorage. The Estate legally sets on one parcel of land and consists of three beautifully pointed waterfront homes offering 7,000 square feet of living space.         Awesome Thanksgiving!

        Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing Thanksgiving vacation at this property! We were able to easily accommodate six families with 28 people inside the three beautiful houses. The dock area was beautiful and served as the perfect gathering place for everyone. The staff and maintenance people will both wonderful to deal with. Thank you for a great family memory!

          Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - It was a great layout for a large group. We all had our own space and weren't on top of each other like other house rentals. - The kegerator outside was really dirty and ultimately unusable. Additionally, half way through our stay we were informed that CO2 tanks were our responsibility and their recommendation on where to buy new tanks was closed on the weekend. - Do not email the company, it will take them forever to get back to you, if ever. We got the quickest response using the VRBO app. Eventually we received pre-arrival information but well after we already needed that information for our group and had to request this information. - Early checkin and checkout is only available if you are willing to pay an hourly rate based on the rate of the house, which is ridiculous. Luckily due to construction they allowed us to drop off food early. - Easy access to the beach - Appliances are old and inefficient - If you are going to stay at this property please be prepared to work with a rental company, you are not getting the personal attention that you normally would when dealing with an owner. - Baby grande piano is awesome but could use some new or more songs 😉 - Hot tub was the same temperature as the pool - We ran out of paper towel and basic household items, which was unexpected for a house rental
