Located directly on the beach, this Madeira Beach condo rental not only offers quick access to a fun-filled day on the sand, but salty sea breezes on your private balcony. When you are not enjoying relaxing in your condo, head down to enjoy the resort amenities, including a lovely community pool, hot tub and BBQ area.
Sea Breeze is located ½ mile north from the historic John’s Pass Village, a wonderful place to shop, dine and unwind. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, which serves up shops and eateries and a 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal. Madeira Beach's 2.5-mile beach attracts devotees of sun and sea, and fishing in the primary sport activity. More grouper is brought into John's Pass than any other place in the state. ??In addition, each October, Madeira Beach hosts the Seafood Festival at John's Pass, which attracts as many as 130,000 visitors to its celebration of food, music, and arts and crafts.

Nice place, very clean. TV was a little difficult, no cable in living room. We got most channels in the bedroom. Entry door needs to be tightened. Overall, very good.

Our condo was a nice 1 bedroom unit overlooking the beach and pool. The unit was a little dated, but had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Location was Great!! Shops and restaurants were close by and John’s Pass Village is a must see and also within walking distance. Would defnately stay here again.

Loved the location, short walk to Johns Pass, condo had everything we needed, nice towels, beautiful views, very secure with codes needed for elevator or stairs.Here's where the compliments end, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, very worn out and sagging that caused us to roll into the center of the bed. It would have been so much better of a stay had that not been the case. Honestly we would not choose to stay again unless we knew the mattress had been replaced.

Magnificent location, exactly what we wanted
After reading some of the reviews heading into our trip we were nervous that maybe the property wouldn't be the cleanest. To our surprise the property was very clean and tidy, although we had to re-wash all the dishes prior to use because they were not clean. The views are beautiful, the amenities give you most of the comforts of home except the coffee pot broke on our second of 4 days. Good thing that 7-11 is right across the street. Everything is within walking distance, johns pass was beautiful but we really enjoyed walking north about a 10 minute walk on the beach to caddys. A great vacation, we will be back

Had a real good time..
Our stay was absolutely great. We enjoyed every minute of it. We had excellent communications with 'Larry' the property manager, he is always there when you need to talk or ask him something. We had a swift check in and check out.
