I reserved a room here after reviews I saw online and I was not disappointed!!! Spotless rooms, welcoming owners (I walked into happy hour!!), all you could need to get your morning started for breakfast. Such an inviting atmosphere and several returning guests who we met were so much fun... we are trying to get back for the Red Sox series in September!!

A great little hotel near the free looper bus to all downtown sites Built in the 1930’s the architecture is great to view. Staff is excellent the breakfast is good and the happy hour drinks and snacks are good. When in St Petersburg this is the place to stay

Comfort in a welcoming atmosphere

Pros: Convenient to downtown restaurants and culture with casual walking.
Cons: Letting guests know in advance before booking, given the size of the hotel (20 rooms), that they may have a second floor room and no elevator.
Location: Downtown and walking distance to museums, restaurants and Saturday morning market.
Our stay was better than anticipated....friendly, welcoming, cozy, very accommodating, clean....had all we needed in a nostalgic atmosphere. Owners know the value of taking care of the occupants in a caring atmosphere. Not difficult to make good conversation between other hotel guests of this 20-room "European-style" hotel as well as the owners and staff.

Nice quaint little hotel close to Tropicana Field

Very cozy little hotel! It is close to everything, had a great time and would and will definately stay again!!

Quaint little hotel near downtown

We went to the Jannus live venue to see a concert and this hotel was perfect walking distance from the venue. My wife love the place. It was as if we were staying at a friend or relatives house. Didn't seem like a hotel at all. Staff was great.

oh my my my

Charming owners, and the guests were very friendly, and from all over the world--that's the good point. bad points the beds were like concrete. the bathroom were much to be desired---mold in the tub area, and repairs hastily done.. toilet very close to the tub.---YUK. about a 14 inch tv on the wall

Well-named: America's Best

Pros: Just about everything. But: remember, it's a B&B, not a hotel. Best B&B ever. They posted their 5* Trip Advisor rating proudly, and they deserved i
Cons: Hard to say; I can't remember finding anything coming up short.
Location: 3 blocks to Beach Walk and the restaurants & night life. Walking distance to Dali, Chihuly museums. Perfect location.
Excellent location, friendly, cosmopolitan clientele, superb hosts, great breakfast, afternoon wine and tea party, everything perfect.
