Exclusive use of the entire home. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, HOT TUB, HEATED POOL ( Oct 15-April 15 80-85 degree) 2 car garage and nice fenced yard with AWESOME TIKI BAR and grill. This is a LARGE home!!! This is not a small home!!!

Pool area has outdoor seating. Home has a grill and firepit.

Beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen featuring quartz counters and stainless appliances.

Two nice updated FULL bathrooms!

Single story home - NO STAIRS.

Our home has the spectrum with the fastest cable/Internet available at 483mbps !

BEDROOM 1:
King bed with walk in closet, 65 inch smart tv and full bathroom attached . Bed is super soft and cloud like. Closet contains regular towels, beach towels, two blow up queen air mattresses, tons of extra pillows, linens, sheets, comforters.

Our home is fully stocked with everything you need for a nice vacation. Toilet paper( not just one tile like other rentals- we provide plenty!!) full sized shampoo, full sized conditioner 2 types of full sized body wash, regular towels, beach towels, cooking spices, dunkin coffee and creamer.
We have pool toys, board games, beach chairs, a nice cooler with wheels and beach umbrella for guests to use. Full sized washer /dryer in garage available for use. We even provide laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets for guests to use.
Home is located 2 min to countryside mall, 5 min to caladesi and honeymoon island/beach and 11 min to Clearwater beach. Three Grocery stores, dollar general, 4 gas stations/convenience stores, car wash, 4 banks, several strip malls and SO many restaurants are located 2 minutes away.


Pool is on smaller side 8x16 feet 3 feet shallow end 4.6 deep end.pool
Heater runs seasonally oct 15-april 15 80-85.

Hot tub is hot and ready at 101°. It fits 4 to 5 people.

Perfect
This is our second stay at this house and it was better than last year. They now have a Tiki bar, heated pool and other updates in the yard. The house is very clean and has everything you can imagine. Sandy quickly responds to any questions and always reminds me that she was there if we need anything, We were minutes away from Honeymoon Island. We love the shops in town and especially that Dunedin is pet friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Sandy nd the house are great l!
This is our third year at the property. We keep coming back because the house is so great for a family. We have two adult children plus ourselves and the set up of the rooms in the bedrooms be better. The pool and hot tub are great. The grounds have been substantially updated to, hang out outside whenever you would want. The place is immaculate. Sandy is so attentive and wonderful to deal with. I unconditionally recommend anybody to stay here. Additionally, the location is very convenient and not far from downtown Dunedin, the ocean, in route 19, which gets you pretty much anywhere you wanna go.

Very clean and roomy for our family holiday stay. Lots of amenities and, although we didn’t have time to use them, the host had the jacuzzi and pool all warmed up and waiting for us! Great place and great location for us.

This house has everything you could possibly need! Pool is heated and even on the colder days we were able to enjoy it. House was clean and cozy! Dunedin is the perfect city to stay in with so many restaurants near by! Honeymoon island was beautiful! We enjoyed our welcome gift. We would love to come back!

Beautiful property and an amazing host
This home was amazing! It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. Anybody could imagine. Sandra,the host thought of everything you would possibly need with all the comforts of home to make your vacation enjoyable She is also very hands-on and available to assist with anything and gave me daily updates on the weather since I was staying there for my son’s wedding she made this trip so much more easier during my stay I highly recommend this property and I know I will be looking to stay here again thank you Sandra for such a wonderful week!

The listing was as described. The host was excellent and even left gifts on the counter when we arrived. Full size garage, that holds two cars, washing machine, multiple televisions and all new appliances, etc. Would definitely recommend this location and house.

Great stay...
Property pleasant, relaxing, very clean in a nice neighborhood near so many local spots.The property is well represented/ accurate description. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool was refreshing. Sandra our host was attentive, and tho we had no issues she touched base and was available throughout our stay. We live relatively local but would love to bring (more) family to stay here / be close to the beach , shopping ,local creamery, breweries etc.Highly recommend!!

Nicely Updated Pool Home
This was our first time staying on the Gulf Coast as a family. This house was more than perfect for our vacation. You can tell the home has been recently updated with very tasteful decor. Everything was clean and in good condition. There was more than enough room for the four of us to spread out. The backyard was lovely with a small pool, hot tub, grill and plenty of seating /lounging. The neighborhood was nice. The location was close to the beautiful Honeymoon and Caladesi Island beaches, which I highly recommend. It's actually a great location for everything the Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete area has to offer. The owner offered excellent communication. She also left a lovely welcome gift for us. The house has just about everything you could need. This is great if you are flying in and can't lug a bunch of beach gear. We enjoyed our relaxing week here in Dunedin, Fl.

Family Vacation
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sandra’s home. From the moment you enter the home, you notice how inviting it feels and how clean everything is. The layout of the home is very comfortable and spread out. Everything you needed for your stay was readily available at the house. The pool area was very pretty and comfortable to lounge around. We can’t wait to come visit again!
