After spending over $400 I was expecting to at least feel welcomed but it was quite the opposite. Front desk seemed to be bothered when asked about the amenities and how to access them. Tried to get a hold of a manager to discuss a problem with the room … not available. Tried to see if anything could be done due to the inconvenience also denied. So definitely will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Great Property with attached restaurant. Based off the movie so decor of Winter everywhere was cool. Only downside was no hot tub. It being cool out, it would’ve been nice instead of watching the people in the hotel next door (same owner of both hotels), enjoying a jacuzzi. Rooftop bistro in the next door hotel was great

Staff were amazing. Location was beautiful. Absolutely loved the beach attendants Terri and Jamie. They were so good with the kids and fun to chat with. Food was good at the restaurant. We did all meals there. Best mudslide I've had in a long time at the bar on the beach. Rooms were a little more run down but not a problematic issue and they were clean. Loved our view. Coffee at the front desk was plentiful in the morning. Loved the educational moments throughout that you didn't expect. Pool was so warm when the outside air was so cold and made it wonderful to be able to swim even though it was cold. Found thousands of beautiful shells right on the beach. Music till 10 pm and live music was great during the day on Saturday. Atmosphere made us not want to leave. Saw dolphins swimming right out front of the beach around lunch. Found living creatures like sea urchins we focused on putting back in the water. Just a great time and sad we weren't there longer for sure. Cannot wait to go back as it is now a place we will come back to for sure.

Friendly staff, good food and value, nice beach and outside bar. The area is very walk-able and safe. plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. Small grocery store right across the street, and a small fridge and microwave in the room. Huge public beach just up the street, public restrooms, and amazing sand!

I loved the hotel’s private beach access. The hotel restaurant did not look like much but the bartender was very pleasant. Their crab cakes were to die for best that I have ever had. My room was not great was a corner room so view was not great & had an odor. But I was not in the room much only to sleep.
