Direct entry and exit (not shared with other units) and a private deck/balcony. Explore the historical landmarks, bike and walk the vast network of pathways to parks, national monuments and of course- the beach! The unit is 3 miles from the beachfront. Looking for local cuisine? Saint Simons Island has a variety- southern soul food, fresh caught seafood, pizza pies, breakfast bistros and more! The shopping district offers unique and creative clothing and home decor options. Relax and enjoy one of our local spas! So much to explore and this bungalow location is great spot to start the journey and return for a dip in the pool, a quiet reflection on the deck or game night with your family and friends. This unit is a two story, 1.5 bath, two bedroom property with approximately 8 stairs to the second level where bedrooms can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably and is perfectly located just short drive or bike to the beach. Situated in a pet friendly community, with onsite amenities and supplies for well-behaved pets available for a reasonable non-refundable pet fee. Great Condo with Nice amenities
The house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and had nice soft bedding. There were a lot of extra amenities like face masks and spa like items, as well as things like beach gear and even flip flops. This was a nice touch. Kitchen was nice to cook in and had basic pots and pans,etc available. The pool was great to keep the kids occupied in the evenings as well. Overall a great stay and would book again.
