The staff was friendly and halpful. Breakfast had very little to eat no toast, bagels, only one kind of muffin and biskit and gravy and cold cereal. Plugs in room not good had to plug in phone charger on other side of room.

It did the job for 1 night. There was blood on the curtains I couldn’t fix my own breakfast and they tried charging me $50 because they mixed my room up with someone else who happened to smoke in there room and they had to pay the clean fee. They employees where incredible but for a king even just standard I expected a bed what wasn’t so squeaky and loud

I have no idea why Monks Corner Inn is listed as a 2 star hotel. It should be at least a 3 if not pushing a 4 star. The lobby and breakfast areas are beautifully decorated & furnished. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean & well furnished. Hot breakfast was served, not buffet. Staff was helpful & friendly. This is a GREAT place.
