Property disgusting dirty, toilet didn't work, mosquitoes everywhere. I did not stay there and travelocity and Galleon House refused request for a refund.

It was laid back and staff were friendly. Loved the pool. i usually prefer hotels with bars, restaurants, etc. but would definetly stay here again! Really liked "Captain Jack"... ask to meet him!

Property had too many steps and I wasn't aware of that. The owners need to make it known on the websites that you will have to walk up alot of STAIRS! We had to carry our luggage up the stairs without any assistant from the staff. Our room was dusty dirty and looked as if it hasn't been clean in months. Needs to be renovated! We had a shared bathroom which never got clean throughout our our 5 day stay. Full Free Breakfast never existed!! We was given muffins cookies & tea. The sheets were extremely dirty and dusty irritated our skin! Only good thing about this hotel is the view of the habor! Other than we will never stay here again!

The property is conveniently located in downtown. When I arrived the staff that received us didn’t inspire much confidence, the room lacked towels and just felt dirty. Landscaping could use some love. Breakfast service was great. The mattress felt like it had been through a hurricane with the springs shot to heck! Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room; fair price paid. Up in the hill with a Nice view of the harbor. Be ready for many stairs. Near downtown. Our room needed a bed upgrade
