We loved the room we stayed in and the shuttle service was awesome, maybe one more shuttle car to keep things flowing better. As a suggestion it would be cool if the shuttle from point pleasant; at every hour (3:15-4-15) and so on would take you to coki point beach and pick up people wanting to come back, guests only of course! I would highly recommend this property the past couple of years we have had the best time and the most beautiful view from our room! We will definitely be back next year! This was my first time stay at Point Pleasant. I can not say enough great things about this place! The condo was clean with amazing views. Had everything we needed for a comfortable, weeks stay in St. Thomas. The staff (in the lobby) are very friendly and will accommodate anything needed (more towels, beach towels, taxis, etc.) The Shoreline Grill was absolutely amazing! Not only was the food amazing but the staff were the BEST! While we had the option to eat somewhere else, we chose the Shoreline every night. ( I would HIGHLY recommend their fish tacos). I got these a few times during our stay, and I'm typically not a "fish" person. The staff at Shoreline were more than welcome, fun, and truly the best! (Tim, Cassandra, Heather, Bobby- just to name a few) Coki Beach is only a short 5-10 minute walk up the street. Here, they everything you need to enjoy the beach and amazing views (umbrellas, chairs, food /drinks). After going to a few other beaches on St. Thomas - Coki beach had the most welcoming & friendly locals that truly ensure you will have a great time at Coki. I give it all a 10/10, truly no complaints! I look forward to returning to Point Pleasant in the future.

At Point Pleasant Resort the first room they put us in was a dump the remote control didn’t work the air didn’t work there was no hot water the lawn chair on the patio was broke it was just a horrible experience.But after talking to the manager we were put in another room and it was well-kept and everything worked properly and I got to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Great customer service. Overall the property to me could’ve been kept up a little bit better for the price that you’re charged coupled with the fact that is supposed to be a resort. Another issue I ran into was that the bar was supposed to be open till 10 and they closed early because they hadn’t had any customers but it’s a Resort and we can only go to certain places for certain things so they should’ve stayed open until closing time. That incident definitely put a damper on the night.

Thank you for the feedback. Our rooms are individually owned and have different owners with different décor preferences. I would suggest stating the room was not to your liking verses saying it was a dump. We eagerly moved you to a similar room that matched the room type that you booked. The restaurant is a separate entity from the hotel and should not reflect your views of the your hotel room. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and recognizing our staff's hard work.

Everything was great the food the restaurant on site the room was clean and had a great island feel to it the pools could use more shade and the tv only had about 10 channels but other then that the stay was great..

This place is Point Unpleasant! Absolutely FILTHY rooms! We booked two rooms for two adults and two children for ten days. The rooms were absolutely disgusting; dirty, shabby, outdated, moldy, and just plain gross. There was no housekeeping (maybe because of COVID) but I seriously doubt anyone cleaned the room in between guests. The beds smelled of sweat )not mine) and I had to go get additional sheets to cover the dirty stains. The floors were covered with dead insects and sand. The bathroom was the worst; the tub was rusted, stained, and the shower curtain was moldy. We found a used Band-Aid in the shower (not mine). The smell was awful--mold, and mildew throughout the place. The furniture was old, broken, and stained. There is NO BEACH. Take a look at the ads for the "resort" and they boast of two on-site beaches. The first day we arrived another visitor told us many people were leaving because the small on -site beach was full of algae and could not be used. The other smaller beach--maybe 50 feet of "beach" was underwater with broken down chairs submerged. We wanted to leave but obviously would have lost the entire amount paid. This place is a joke. One taxi driver and another staff person laughed at us for staying in this awful place. Both said "looks quite a bit different than the pictures on line--doesn't it"? We stayed away from the premises as much as possible and visited the beaches in the area. Of course we had to pay for taxi rides to and from the beach.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. If there was an issue with the room, please alert the front desk while you are here so we can fix the issue. We would have gladly switched out the sheets or even switch you to a new room. We only have one small beach on property. The beach that is covered in algae and smells belongs to the resort next door to us. Our front desk staff believes in the beauty of our hotel. Any destination that is not on the property including public beaches would require a taxi to arrive there. When booking through a third party website like Travelocity, you book a room type and not a specific room. If you would like a specific villa please book directly through the hotel. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience as that is not the Point Pleasant standard

The property was very pleasant a quiet and relaxing time. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The villa’s are family friendly. Our trip April of 2021 so the spa and exercise room were still closed due to Covid. Overall we were happy with our trip.

Luckily our unit had been renovated, very little amount of hot water don’t know how any more than two people could stay in the unit bathroom wall was filthy staff was OK but the service that they gave was terrible all they had was excuses however the first night when our room wasn’t ready they gave us a $50 coupon to use at one of their restaurants but that’s nothing compared to the amount of money they charge you to stay there
