The central location was good - what was terrible was the condition of the pool, which I had planned to use. The water looked murky and unclean. The common area around the pool was littered with trash. I did not use the pool. Also, the hotel advertises full restaurant service on premises, but then I found out that was only Wed-Sun, so I had to drive around looking for dinner. Also, no breakfast on Tuesday morning.

We liked having an electric car charger. We didn’t like finding out the restaurant was closed- that was a main reason for choosing this hotel. Our television didn’t work and the response was we’ll have to move you. We were exhausted and unpacked and said no thank you. We could not turn the fan off via the wall thermostat. The engineer did try to fix but we just wanted to get to sleep.

No bath towels. Called the front desk. Two hours of waiting. I had to go down at 11:00PM to get them. Also, the internet is so weak that it was useless. Those were the only reasons I stayed here.

The breakfast was decent but they had gluten free pancakes on the menu but they were out of the mix. Further said they had no idea when they would get it in. They advertised a shuttle service to area sights, but it was in the shop and didn’t know when it would be would be working again. We requested adjoining rooms, but the door was stuck. After a second request later in the day, someone came to help open it. It took both him and my husband many tries to get it open.
