The area is ok . Worst customer service ever !

Overall the place is beautiful. Yhen you start to explore and find that the place should rate a 3 out of 5. The tv in living area was not working. The cabinet doors in kitchen wete in neef of repair. The vents, (ceulung, ac/heaters) have not been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom faucet was held together with apoxy. And the dishwasher was mot connected. Thats just a few issues. The major one for me was the lack of security lock on door.

The place is a dump! Pizza, trash and garbage in the hallways. A/C didn’t work in either room they put us in. The elevators were out so we had to carry luggage up 6 flights of stairs and both rooms they tried to put us in had cigarette/ marijuana smell so thick that my wife had a asthma attack. Hair in the sheets on the bed and the faucets were all leaking

Very scetchy

Have to go down a ramp to push the button for the garage door to come up then you can go in and park. A sign that reads park at your own risk, pretty much. Hotel lobby was dark with just a few overhead bulbs lit. Could be a lot cleaner. Wake up call was 15 minutes late. Continental breakfeast was ridiculous, it was a little snack bar. If you look at the place then you kniw what the hitel inside is goibg to be like.
