This is a peaceful, serene setting that backs up to Shenandoah National Park. Enjoy the drive to the Shenandoah Hideaway with mesmerizing mountain views.

The entire space is yours to enjoy including 2 bedrooms, living room, loft area, 1.5 baths, in-unit new laundry, new TV, gas fireplace and fully stocked kitchen. All of the furnishings are brand new and beautifully designed for your stay in the mountains.

Hiking in the park, zip-lining, horseback riding, floating in the river and more are all a short drive away. Or enjoy relaxing on the patio and taking in the views.

We have 2 porches for your stay, a car port, fire pit and more!

Plenty of parking including a car port and driveway. This is a private setting up on the mountain ridge that is accessed by a fully paved road. You have access to the full house.

*35-45 minutes of driving to Swift Run Gap Entrance of Shenandoah National Park. National Park is accessible by hiking in as well.

Peace and serenity await your stay!
Please use smart lock on the front door as your primary entrance and exit and lock any other doors (upper and lower porch doors) you use when you leave the house. The lock box on the lower patio door is only a back-up key, not for primary use during your stay!

In case of emergency, please call 911 immediately. There is a fire extinguisher for your use as well.

Fireplace: please use the black remote in the living room to turn on and off the fireplace. Please do not touch propane valves inside the fire place.

Please clean up any trash and food immediately to prevent any unwanted forest critters from enjoying the leftovers.

Please leave full trash bags in the large outdoor trash can with the lid shut for pick-up after your stay.

During the summer months, there are bugs outside as it is the top of the ridge. Please try to keep doors closed as much as possible and have some patience with bugs that we can't completely control sneaking into the house.

Water is filtered and treated to ensure it is clean. All water in the house is clean to drink!

There is a fire pit for your use. Please be safe and smart when using it! There's a lighter in the kitchen, fire starters in the car port, marsh mellow roasting sticks by the grill, and fire wood under the back side of the carport.

Please help us keep the house clean by taking off your shoes and leaving them outside on the boot tray or right inside the door! Our cleaners thank you :)

Laundry is available for your use. Please leave washer door open after use to allow it to dry out.

There is no scheduled trash pick-up so please leave full bags in the in the outdoor trash can. If you would like to recycle, there are local places you can drop off including 4795 U.S. Highway 340 North Luray, VA 22835 or 1310 Shenandoah River Rd Sheanandoah, VA 22849.
