This house is made for large groups of up to 17 people. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new.
15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.
This house has a fantastic layout and I fell in love with it the second I walked in the door. I made an offer after just spending 20 minutes in the house! Its prime location (8 min from Eagle and 15 or 20 mins to Boise by car), coupled with a great open floor plan and fully fenced, large backyard made this house appealing to me right away.
I invested over $40K to bring this house up to much higher standards. It now has granite in all bathrooms as well as the kitchen, as well as easy-care flooring downstairs. We added a large pergola in spring 2022 for outside dining in the summer.
