Hotel was clean. Pillows smelled like sweat. No hot water which was not mentioned on webite. Had very important business meeting and could not shower and clean up aftr long day of travel

The property and room was clean but most of the amenities were not in the room, i.e. wash clothes, kitchen towels, pots pans, soap. The rooms are outdated and mattress was iffy and it has a pest problem (roaches). I have stayed at plenty of Extended Stays before and this one was a complete disappointment.

Overbooked for prepaid and confirmed reservation??

Arrived at the hotel just before midnight. Entered the lobby and heard a heated discussion between the night desk and a gentleman who had arrived before us. The desk clerk told the man he did not find a reservation for him in their system. The gentleman was confused because his airline had created a situation for his travel and had made and confirmed arrangements for him less than 20minutes earlier. The night desk clerk essentially told him he had no available rooms and that he had no idea what the gentleman was talking about. Then it was our turn to check in. Yes the clerk found our confirmed reservation in the system but had no room for us either. This was a paid-in-advance reservation but no room. WTH? After more than 30 minutes on the phone with Travelocity customer service (to no satisfactory resolution), I started calling other hotels in the area for availability. The EIGHTH hotel had a single room available, which I snapped up! After paying for a second Lyft ride to the replacement hotel, I'm out almost $100 in car fares, a high priced last minute hotel rate for the last room, and no confidence in a refund for the pre-paid UNAVAILABLE room. I have learned from this SECOND EXPERIENCE with both Extended Stay AND Travelocity. I will never book with Ext Stay and not use Travelocity for any future bookings. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again.

Room is clean but they have a problem with ants an

Pros: location to the airport.
Cons: Better rooms that have been sprayed for bugs. Better internet connections
Location: Glorified truck stop location.
I would not recommend the hotel because it seems more like a truck stop than anything else. Hotel is filled with local truckers and local state highway employees. Unable to credit a refund at front desk had to go back to Travelocity to get a refund for one night.

Decent for a short stay

On site laundry is a big plus. Having a kitchen with fridge is certainly helpful. Friendly and warm staff. The rooms are good sized and well lit. Linens etc. was crisp and very clean. The room was clean but not sparkling clean. Taxi fare from airport comes out to 12-13 $, but cabbie would like charge you 20-25 bucks to the airport. Breakfast is not much. It includes apples, oranges, muffin, and granola bars (that is all).

Was a Nightmare

The person in front desk during the night was horrible, He receive me with a Tank TopTShirt, and sleepy. Our room was dirty, smell a lot of smoke. We found a live Dragonfly inside. We was afraid to take a Bath because the towels look not clean.And at 7:00am, a person knok at my door becase, I only reserve 1 night, and we had to leave the room. This place had a 1/2 half star. Not frendly people.

not worth the savings

absolutely disgusting place...when i checked in there was trash in my room...hair all over the bathroom floor and no shower curtain...the facility is dirty with garbage cans overflowing..you definitely get what you pay for here...
