Nice hotel

Very nice hotel. The room was great. The bartender very nice & friendly! The only complaint is the pool and hot tub were nasty. We enjoyed sitting outside but would not have gotten into either one.

A friend had been recently and raved about this hotel. All was good except when I checked in, I received my breakfast coupons and was told they had a full restaurant that opened at 5:30. When I came down the next morning for my breakfast I was told the restaurant was closed due to a recent fire a few days prior. So I had to adjust my plans. I feel the front desk should have informed me at check in so I could have planned accordingly. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and clean.

Not perfect, but pretty good

We stayed here for my cousin's graduation, and to be honest, I was holding my review until I checked out the amenities I planned to use. Although the room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the wired internet connection was reliable, a few problems kept the stay from being perfect. The breakfast, although not complimentary, was still affordable. But if you are planning to bring your laptop with you, I suggest you bring a network cable, too. Although the hotel has wifi, the connection was spotty. The connection could be fine for 2 hours, then cut out for 3 hours.

Awesome experience!

We only spent one night at this hotel as we drove across country, but we loved our stay.

hallways on floor 2 & 4 smelled like insect killer - 3 rooms to be able to sleep

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
The hotel looks "good." It looks modern. But, once on the floor of the 1st room the hallway smelled like insect killer and the room smelled unclean and there were brown stains on the carpeting, which looked like animal feces. Room 2 on the 4th floor - the hallwa smelled like insect killer, I opened the room and there were key cards on the stand along with a box of donuts. Room #3 on the 4th floor - had to close the bedroom door to keep from smelling this "smell," and my eyes were red when I woke up and I was sneezing. The fire alarm went off and I wasn't doing anything except trying to get in bed. The air worked, but the heat would not turn on. The staff when I checked in was very nice, very accomodating, and gave me a free breakfast coupon. I checked out 1 day early, a day I had paid for to drive home versus staying the 2nd night.
