It was just what we needed for that trip. The hotel was clean, in good repair and the buildings were secure. Being in the middle of Stockton had noise issues, but I expected that.

Great hotel. Location was good for our needs, but it is on a main street, so it had it's noise issues. Very clean, well secured hotel.

Good but outside scarey

There were bed bugs on the beds. I couldn’t sleep. Next day, I need to wash clothes. I need quarters for laundry machine. Because there was a lone line, I just wanted to ask if they have some quarters. The lady was yelling at me to stay on the line. After about 15 mins, she told me they didn’t have any coins. I never had this kind of experience. The reason I booked this hotel was it was close to UOP which my daughter went for her first college life.

AC was sorely lacking. AC Unit was too small for room and never cooled room, had to buy fan from Target to ‘help’ cool the room. Room was spotless, very clean but it did smell very musty. Can’t say it was best experience.

Parking was not adequate for guests, water was running from ice machine on 3rd floor and towels were placed on floor for 2 days. Maid service couldn’t even speak English so it was difficult to ask for anything. For the price I paid it was not worth it.
