Poor lighting overall design of room, nowhere to sit in the room with only one chair, no closet room, poor shower and breakfast was a joke. PS the breakfast hostess Sherry was great and the coffee was good. Would not stay at this place or recommend to anyone. This was via Expedia which is also a total joke. They charged $375.00 more than the actual bill from the hotel. I will never book again with Expedia who charged my account in advance of even leaving from our home for vacation.!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. The only issue I encountered was that the shower floor was very slippery. I told the front desk about it and she said she'd address it.

The staff was exceptional! I had a Handicapped room and was disappointed by a couple of things. The room was designed well for accessibility, with the exception of the carpet and the entry door. It was difficult to mannouvor on the carpet with a wheelchair, and it was extremely difficult to get in the entry door as it would not stay open for wheeling in.
