Booked and paid in advance for a Queen Bed room, but none available at Check in. Shouldn’t they be saving a Queen room if it’s already paid for? No bread or Bagels but they have a toaster and butter and jam? Tried calling this location 3 times during the day to let them know we would be arriving about 7 pm but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed

i payed $160 for a hole in the wall place, first floor had homeless people all over, my wife.was very scared. place is run down, nothing like the pics. when i asked about the pool they said there insurance wouldnt let them open it and same for the breakfast .i want i full refund and an apology for recommending this place.....😡😡😡😡😡

This place was so outdated and smelly. The place felt dirty and gross. The toilet leaked. Overall a disgusting place to stay.

The hotel was not what I had expected. We had to change rooms because the carpet was filthy and the room smelt bad. The hotel lobby looked liked we just stepped into TJ Mexico at best. Lots of rift raft at this hotel. The grounds of the And building were dirty as well. Not well kept up. WARNING Do Not Stay Here.
