Dirty, uncomfortable, rude. If I had somewhere else to stay, I would have left. Unfortunately, the state was booked!

It was the worst place we have ever stayed. It was drab and we did not get the deluxe room we requested. Rather we were in the parking lot in a motel. There was no staff or support and they gave our key to someone else who tried to get into our room while we were in it. All in all, terrible.

The room that we stayed definitely needs some work - loose faucets, no phone in room, squeaky toilets, dirty bathtub, flickering lights.

Dirty, not sure sheets were changed. Room was not cleaned at 6:00 pm; had to wait until 7pm to get into room. Light bulbs burned out. Bedding, pillows worn out.

What I didn’t like is that check in took 1.5 hrs. They were short on help. When we finally go in our room there were a lot of things we needed. First off , no towels, no spare toilet paper, tissues and we never had pillow cases. We did not request pillow cases because we just stopped caring. Our air conditioner was a window portable unit and was inadequate to make the room comfortable during our evening stay despite outside temperatures in the 60s.

Check in area smelled like weed, room was falling apart, walls were dirty, sheets were stained and threadbare, furniture (where there was furniture) was falling apart, toilet seat detaches, my second queen bed was a pull out sofa that literally fell apart. Check in was two hours late. I’ve stayed in some seedy hotels in my time but this one really went for the goal.
