The bright apartment is located in the basement of a pretty old family home on the outskirts of Ludwigsburg between the city center and the teacher training college. It has a south-facing terrace, a living room and a bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and a kitchenette, as well as cable TV and WiFi. The double bed is 140 cm wide. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which offers two additional beds if required.
The way from the parking space on the property to the house is about 40 meters long and not suitable for the disabled. There is always a shady or sunny spot in the huge garden.
The nearest bus stop is 150 and the S-Bahn is about 600 meters away.
The castles of Ludwigsburg with their famous parks are within walking distance and the baroque Christmas market is also not far away. Jogging or walking in the nearby Favoritepark, canoe tours on the Neckar and with the S-Bahn in 20 minutes in Stuttgart city center - there is a lot to discover.

Although slightly dated and a kitchen that was very small with minimal equipping we found the overall experience to be very enjoyable and that setting in the middle of downtown was amazing

Auf mehrfach wiederholte Nachfrage konnten wir die Wohnung beziehen. Leider nicht sauber, da nicht geputzt wurde, obwohl ausreichend Zeit dafür gewesen wäre.....weder Boden, noch Bad... Betten waren frisch bezogen, ein Laken sehr fleckig... Vermieterin war eine nette,ältere Dame.

Die Lage ist super
Die Wohnung ist klein hat aber alles was man so braucht. Die Küche besteht aus einem Kühlschrank und zwei Kochplatten die schwer zu bedienen sind da sie sich direkt an einer Wand befinden. Allerdings ist es auch kein Problem Frühstückseier oder ein Fertiggericht war zu machen. Die Wohnung ist weniger schmutzig als abgewohnt. Trotzdem kann man sich wohl fühlen, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat. Der Garten ist für mein Empfinden schön da er nicht so aufgeräumt ist und mir morgens auch ein Eichhörnchen Hallo gesagt hat. Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahren Straße aber duch die Hochlage hat es nicht so sehr gestört. Man kann halt auch nicht mitten im Geschehen wohnen und gleichzeitig auf dem Land. Frau Knittel ist eine sehr freundliche ältere Dame, mit der man reden kann. Also alles in allem, wer günstig wohnen möchte und seine Ansprüche nicht hoch setzt ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Nie wieder.
Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig. Das Geschirr und die Töpfe nicht sauber gespült. In allen Ecken war Schmutz und im Badezimmer auch Schimmel. Spinnen und Spinnenweben gab es unzählige. Steckdose hingen teils aus der Wand.Das Grundstück wirkte wie ein Urwald.

Perfekte Lage, nette Vermieterin, Sauberkeit lässt Luft nach oben
Ich habe mehrere Bewertungen gelesen, dass es nicht sauber sei, da ich aber immer meinen Hyla mitnehme um alles tiefenzureinigen (das Ergebnis sagt aber nichts über die Sauberkeit allgemein aus, weil alle nicht tiefengereinigten Betten, Teppiche und Sofas dreckig sind) und er nebenher die Luft wäscht, machte mir das nichts aus. Da die Besitzerin Seniorin ist, darf man keine sterile Wohnung erwarten. Dreckiges Geschirr schiebe ich auf den Vormieter. Die Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche können auch beim zusammenlegen oder beziehen passiert sein. Die Lage ist perfekt. Den Kindern gefiel es super, gab auch Spielzeug. Nachts war die Straße gar nicht laut, aber mein Mann hörte die Heizung oft knacken. Alles war völlig ausreichend von den Utensilien und vom Platz her (auch wenn die "Küche" miniklein ist. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Objekt hat Charme und die Vernieterin ist sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert.
