Nice place, good value

Pros: cleanness, location
Cons: toilet can be a bit improved but i think it was good already.
Location: if you need something to eat late at night, walk across the bridge - you can find cheap places to eat until very late.
I stayed a night here and I was very impressed by the facility of the room. It was far better than what I expected for the money I paid. It was very well managed and clean everywhere. It's very close from the bus stop to Old City, center of the new city, convenience store, night market, etc.
