Nice hotel, just came the wrong time.

The receptionist was very nice. They had a problem with king room that I booked .the only bed They had was a full and it was uncomfortable. The manager said he just took it over a week ago and they are trying to get things up to par. Very nice staff. Great breakfast! I would stay again if I came back to this area.

our stay

We did enjoy our stay, the only real issue we had was the hotel really needs to remodel it is an older hotel and needs a face lift for the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful If they just bring the rooms up to date and keep the same kind, friendly and helpful staff from front desk throughout you will not be able to get the business to slow down.

Wonderful Stay

The staff was very accommodating, and they went out of their way to help. The managers were a bit rude, but the regular staff was great. We stayed several days, and we enjoyed the breakfast that came with the room--saved lots of money that way.

Wonderful Stay

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Sumter SC. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were clean and quite. I will stay there again when I return to Sumter on business.
