This is my second time staying at this hotel with hopes that I will have a more pleasant experience than the first time. Yhe first experience was disappointing because of dirty linen and extreme noise on the fourth floor. I gave it a second chance by staying one night which is tonight. The base of the shower was covered in scum and the room is dusty. The bathtub stopper is broken and there was no soap and lotion in the bathroom. Also, the towel and toilet paper supply was extremely low. I will not be staying at the Grand Hotel again.

The Villas are great, the price is right. Staff are friendly, the included breakfast was exceptional. If your looking for an extended stay the villas have a full fridge, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cookware. The *only* negative thing at all was that the fireplace gas level is way too low and there is no way to adjust it.
