This place needs some TLC. Towel bar fell off in the bathroom, sink was clogged.

We had signed up for an accessible room, however it was on the second floor with NO elevator! We took a regular room on the first floor. Our second night in that room water was raining down in the bathroom from the light. We moved rooms at 4 AM. There were signs posted about pool use, business center rules, etc, but not enforced at all. Encountered unsupervised children playing hide and seek in the hallways. Noisy breakfast crew even with parents present.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were always smiling. The hot tub was out of order which was disappointing since that was one of our search options. Dog across the hall was locked in alone and barked non-stop. Shower water was just barely warm every morning.

The in room refrigerator is so built up with frost, doesn’t cool properly and makes a horrible noise after opening the door. I used a compact to lift it up so it didn’t rattle all night.

Room was clean, but getting very dated. Air conditioner not working right...notified front desk, nothing was done. Outside grounds really need attention...
