Rooms are nice
Room was clean and included a washer/dry and a beautiful view of Suwon. Hallways are really outdated and had multiple stains on the floor, but once you got into the room it as nice and clean.

Decent at best and don't look at carpets.
This place appears to go out of business soon as the standard a few years ago was much better. The hotel corridor carpet (level 10) was so disgusting as if it was leading to the prison, not a hotel. The rooms are decent at best and not thoroughly cleaned. The freezer door was always ajar and as a result the ice covered all the shelves. The housekeepers appear not to have it reported at all. Fast wi-fi was the only thing I was positively impressed with. My Korean wife told me that hotel is being shared with residential apartments.

Comfortable suite
I stayed at this hotel several times, for a total of 15 nights, during 2015 on business. I had a "Deluxe Double Room". The rooms are very comfortable. A good size living room with kitchen area with washing machine (no dryer), a second room which is either a small bedroom (no closet) or a work room with a writing desk, and a bedroom. The bed room is a little cramped but has a good amount of closet space. The bath room has a comfortable shower and the hot water supply is good. The room is in good condition and kept very clean. However, the hallways of the hotel are carpeted and somewhat off-putting due to their condition/age. Don't let that disturb you. The hotel does not seem to provide breakfast. The hotel is in a lively area close to the train station. There are many restaurants, but only one I found has an English menu. You can also cook in the room using the reasonable equipped kitchen. The best way to reach this hotel from ICN is to take the airport limousine to Suwon and get off at Suwon station/Novotel. Then it is just a short walk straight down Hyanggyo-ro or Maesan-ro.

Great hotel near Suwon station
We were very pleased to find a washing machine and kitchen in the hotel. The kitchen had amenities like kitchen knives, dishes and a sink that made our trip very comfortable. There were also two rooms- perfect for us as I was traveling with my parents.

Good hotel for business trip
Easy to find the hotel, and very kind and clean. Living room is very large but sofa is not good. Others are all excellent. I could found many restaurant near the hotel and department store in 10 min walk distance. There is direct bus from Inchon International airport.
