The shower stall has only partial enclosure. It creates water spillage on the bathroom floor and creates a serious slip and fall hazard. Full enclosure is a must.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good assortment of items and a neat coffee machine. Having a shuttle come to the hotel at regular intervals was super convenient.

We had a problem with the airport shuttle. They refused to pick us up at the airport. Saying they don't do that hotel anymore. (But that's not what the hotel website says.) The front desk apologized but didn't do anything to rectify it. The water pressure in the shower was not good at all. I did get free wifi because I'm a IHG member so that was good!
